Our system will undergo an upgrade and maintenance on April 14, 2026, for the following items:
1. Webex sources: - Added support for RTA reason codes. (WFMAD-3242)
The following change affects Aspect WFM: - Fixed a bug where a disconnection to the Aspect RTA could result in sending a periodic update to the new connection before sending the full active agent list. (WFMAD-3315)

Asia Pacific: April 14 – 18:00 UTC | 5:00 AM AEDT Europe: April 14 – 19:00 UTC | 7:00 PM GMT Canada: April 15 – 9:00 UTC | 5:00 AM EST North America (US): April 15 – 9:30 UTC | 5:30 AM EST
This release forces a restart of all integration clients. The RTA feed may be interrupted temporarily; this is normally less than one minute but could take up to 10 minutes in some rare cases. Historical reports are unaffected.
